Through the cloud we can provide complete remote support for your entire network. We also use our tools to provide complete support for your servers and services, office computers, and any other devices on your network. We are experienced in both Windows and Linux environments.

On-Site Support

We make On-Site calls as well! We can assist with hardware replacements, new equipment deployments, and On-Site training and consultations. We can even clean up that messy rack and make it brand new again.

Requests

We use Zendesk for ticketing and providing our support and communication. We also provide support over the phone, or through video chat. Which ever you prefer, our staff is always ready to assist. Support is usually by the hour, although we also negotiate dedicated support contracts where someone from our team will be assigned to assist you with your IT around the clock.
